Photo Presentation Advice

I have a number of pictures that I'd like to put a caption or title on. For example the first picture is of a "red sunflower". I have a 8x10 print in an 11`x14 matted frame. I'd like to put the caption or title on the matte, but really need some advice on how to do that.

Any suggestion is appreciated

You gotta tell us what software! Is it Lightroom and Elements or PS?

If you are using Lightroom the easiest approach is using the Identity plate in the develop module.
