I did take some interesting snow photos 2 days ago though. Yeah, the snow is suppose to be coming tomorrow. (WNY) I don't know though-could be alot of hype. I've been itching to get out and take some shots but at 7 degrees, I'm more tempted to stay in near the fire. lol

The camera gets cold fairly quickly and the snow doesn't melt on it until you go inside. I just don't let it build up much and try and protect it from driving snow by hiding it with my body. I brush all the snow off before I go in and then wipe it down quickly. I use a lens hood to help keep the snow from sticking to the front lens element. Melody
