We had great weather over the past weekend with temperatures around 75* and had time to enjoy it..... but that all comes to a screeching halt today. We are supposed to get rain, sleet, snow and temperatures aren't supposed to get over freezing until Saturday.

Over the weekend I was headed out to go to my new favorite pond to get a few duck photos. As I was pulling out of the driveway I saw about a dozen Waxwings busy feeding on our Pear trees. So I pulled out into the street and parked the car and setup the camera. I took hundreds of photos as they took their time eating.

Here a just a few that I have processed so far. I'm still going through the shots that I took. Thanks for taking the time to look in.

Nevertheless the Mockingbird wasn't happy about the visitors eating his berries. Here he is looking for his next opportunity to strike.
