What lens are you craving right now?

Right now I am strongly considering the Tamron AF18-270MM F/3.5-6.3 Di II VC PZD (external link). This lens seems to be just what I am looking for right now.

I really want a single lense that has a long zoom factor, solid image quality, and without going too expensive. I only have the kit lens that came with my Rebel XS at the moment, and this seems like an excellent lens to start off my collection.

What about everyone else? Which lens do you long to add to your collection?

Current Rig: Rebel XS with 18-55IS Kit Lens
Next addition: Tamron 18-270mm F/3.5-6.3 Di II VC PZD ;)

Unfortunately, all three of those characteristics cannot be in the same sentence ;)

I'm craving the 35L. I'd like to trade my 50 1.4 for it.

Yea I realize they are mutually exclusive to some degree, but I feel the Tamron has solid performance with a large zoom factor at a reasonable price

Besides the 70-200 2.8. II?
I really want (but do not need) the Canon EF-S Macro lens - 60 mm - F/2.8.
