Wow, it's nice that they could get that kind of "up close and personal" access -- do ya think that if one of us lowly types showd up they'd take the stovepipe hat or the bloody gloves out the display so we could get a cool shot:)?

I've actually met the guy who wrote the blog and within reason, yes. You would need to prove that you have a viable project to gain access. I mean its not like they are going to let someone have that sort of access unless it results in something being published that will benefit them. But it is a state agency and if you can prove your request has merit then you can get the access. There is no doubt its easier for someone of her stature to prove her case, but then a few vanity fair and rolling stones covers and you can get that too.
