I have the shots of the red and white from 419 in the air. Where did you take those?

Defenders of Freedom. Nicely done.

Bless the recently fallen and their family and friends.
I have a Cannon with me at all times. You can't take the shot if you don't have something with which to shoot.

Thanks Danny.

Nothing much really. Normal adjustments in ACR and took down the blue saturation on the snow a bit, and then applied either the default Crisp or Clarity (can't recall which) setting in the Topaz Adjust plugin. I suck at PS so need all the help that these plugins can give me.

Neat shots from a neat airport - they're his "private collection".

Just an fyi - there were, in fact, 3 CF-5's painted to celebrate 419 Moose Squadron during air show seasons. 116703 was painted up for 419's Colours presentation in 1989, then was used as CF-5 solo display aircraft for 1990 and '91. 116740 replaced it for 1992 and 1993. 116721 was painted in time for the 1994 airshow season. That fall DND announced it would retire the CF-5 and they were all gone by the following spring.

Thanks WingsofFury.

You know the guy? Awesome.

Good thing the collector was not around that day. Otherwise, no way I could have gone into that closed area. Had a huge sign "No entry beyond this point" or something like that. But there was this flyer who was just leaving who said it should be ok so had some sort of permission I suppose.

Next time I go will have something to talk about should the owner be around hehe.

Anytime, glad to provide info.

Word of advice - tread lightly at that airport. The owner of the planes/owner of the airport are one in the same, and he doesn't like people going where they shouldn't and isn't afraid to discourage people, even if your simple intent is to take a picture.
