Mom to 2 gorgeous boys, ages 7 years and 4 years. Shooting with a Rebel XT, using either a 50mm lens or the kit lens (18-55mm). :mrgreen:

Bumping up this thread for you... I would use the clone tool to whiten and smooth the bg, but there are other ways that might be better...

I used the magic wand, selected all the white and blurred it a bit, and also dodged the dark parts a bit.
