Thanks for the ID guys.

Funny thing is that we were right in the middle of town and there were people walking along the sidewalk within 15-20 feet and they never saw the bird, even the couple of people who stopped to figure out what I was photographing.

In that 3rd shot the bird was only about 5 feet off the ground in a small, bare tree in the middle of a lawn but even then I had a couple people look at me, look around in the direction I was facing and just shrug their shoulders.

It never ceases to amaze me and my g/f when we're out as to how many people are oblivious to these things, or us pointing, me scanning with the big ass lens, etc.
