A Red Squirrel a caught chomping on sunflower seeds in the back garden of a house I was visiting.... I got within 4 feet of the squirrel and this was caught through a glass pane, without the squirrel knowing I was there....

My first fox squirrel, a black one at that. It has quite a bit of grey, but then I do also.

Maybe not as eye-catching as many other pictures here but... It was MOG Trioplan - a 69-year old, fully manual M42 lens :-D Fuuun! :p
