Drivers for the printer have the profiles, select your OS and download from :

Should also be on the installation CD

Thanks Mark, although on the link you gave me it says only some of the available papers for the pro9500 so doesn't work for me........I want the canon "fine art museum etching" profile....honestly I'm not sure why it's so hard to find.
Other companies papers, just type into google and the link comes up but not with canon.....the reason I need them is because I have changed to Mac. I remember on pc it was a nightmare to find these (but didn't keep the link....dumb!!)
Hopefully someone from Canon reads this and rectifies the hard to browse site to find what should be an easy link....

Sorry, can't help you with the Mac profiles but there are three fine art paper profiles in the Windows driver

cnb9uia0.icm
cnb9ula0.icm and
cnb9uha0.icm

There is also a guide to installing various profiles, not sure how applicable it will be to your situation

Could they make it any easier?

My problem with Canon AND HP, is that they only provide profiles for their pro level printers. Epson has much deeper support for their products.

I have a Pro9500 MKII, the profile you speak of was installed by default by the printer driver.

What I meant is you can't go to Canon's website and download the profiles. Try it.

In response to Chas..."could they make it any easier"...I was looking on the Canon NZ site and no icc profiles there, which being a "Canon" website, one would assume they would have them....

Thanks for the link to the USA site.....got what I want thanks....however I honestly don't believe it's that easy to navigate to them unless given the direct link (which you so kindly did).
Try typing in "icc profiles" in the search box, stuff comes up but no links to actually downloadable profiles...
