What software is this?

I recall seeing a demo here and elsewhere a while back of software that almost magically removed unwanted objectcs from photos and cloned in near-perfect backgrounds, very easily, with just a click or two.

Can anyone referesh my memory on what that was / is? Is it commercially available?

Are you thinking of Content-aware fill? Or perhaps Photomerge Scene Cleaner?

Photoshop Elements 9 has those also.
