Hopefully I have these all identified correctly. Some of these Little Brown Jobs can be difficult for me.

Beautiful renditions of the sparrows Harvey... love them all, but especially the White-throated... excellent set.

Hi - I've just moved over from Nikon to Canon (fed up with Nikon's slow release of high resolution top end cameras) & got a Canon 5D MKII - the reason I am posting this here is because these photos are EXACTLY what I am hoping to achieve. Can I ask what lens(es) you used for this? Did you use flash at all (doesnt look like it if you did!) - Awsome...

Thanks a lot. These were all shot with my 1D Mark IV and 400 f/4 DO IS lens. I would normally be shooting birds like these with the 500 f/4L IS but we were walking around a lot that day the the 400 is a lot lighter to carry.
