The tech had taken it apart.. I was told it had at least one blown fuse. peterbj7 wrote in post #12501274 Does the screen have a fuse? Kelley

In fact, I often look at photos on the computer and forget I was at ISO 800, it's so clean. ISO 1600 is a fair bit noisier so I'd recommend you nail the exposure (expose to the right) and you'll still get good results. Some of the newer crop cameras are on par with the 5Dc at ISO 1600. ISO 3200 is much noisier as the camera doesn't support it natively... it basically underexposes by 1 stop and pushes it afterwards. Thank you. "I don't like the direction this thread is going..." Depends on your noise reduction software and what you're doing with the images. I use 3200 without being overly worried. Pradeep (but most people call me PJ)

Dont use 3200 in camera, you can get better quality even underexposing one stop and then manually increasing expose one stop in PP.

When you shoot in a dark place where 1/50 1.4 iso3200 is still underexposed and you're pushing exposure in pp, believe me you need NR! Pradeep (but most people call me PJ)
