Those prints (and the Subaru) are awesome! Bang Bang Boy wrote in post #12505197 Nice prints. Im Jealous! Thanks guys! Honestly the Epson R1900 is AWESOME! I paid 300 down from regular 600 and I could not be happier. This thing EASILY outperforms the "professional" print studio I was getting work done at before.....and for SO much less. Also it's a great option now for my clients to have the in house printing done as well. Adds convenience and extra value to your arsenal in my opinion. It gives the option of precut paper that you can buy that you run through the top mount sheet feeder. They have everything from 4x6 up to 13x19 precut. The really cool part is when you buy a roll of paper you have the capability of doing 13" x 32 FEET of banner printing! I would imagine this would be ideal for the panoramic photographer! Have you replaced original ink cartridge yet? M-E and ME blog

Today I picked up a 4 pack of the gloss optimizer which is the most heavily used cartridge for 14 dollars. 1 Gloss optimizer cartridge lasted me about 16 13"x19" prints. All 7 of the other cartridges are sold in individually only for 14$ each, making it about a 100$ full cartridge change. This may sound expensive but the colour cartridges do not go down even nearly as fast as the photo black or gloss optimizer. The cyan magenta and yellow is still going strong on 30+ 13"x19" prints without a swap! It some respects it is (kind of) a step back and reminds me of my old 30D. But the pictures seems to have more detail or maybe I just pay more attention.
