A good photographer can take extraordinary photos anywhere, with any camera and any lens while a mediocre one will take mediocre ones everywhere, with every camera and every lens.

Will I really never look back once I go full frame? I have been whanting to for a while and have loved the 5D since I purchased my first DSLR, Digital Rebel. I wanted to get one when I bought my 40D in '07 but did not have the extra money at the time. Ahh so tempting. http://www.flickr.com/photos/61517977@N03/

You'll lose out on live view, the "modern" user interface and so and maybe a couple of things. Your focal lenght on your lens will actually be true to what they are though ie 50mm=50mm vs 1.6x crop 50mm equals 84mm or so.
