Quite a few steps on the pp as it was a composite (shot against a bare wall) - so can't list them all in their entirety! ...Summarising though: -

CS5: adjustments to the background - masking, hue/saturation, a few curves, emboss filter.
CS5: Portraiture filter on the skin, high pass sharpening.
LR3: Ran a preset (StandardLE) as a base, then tweaked from there.
