So where or who or even how does someone get that distress signal once you pull the pin so to speak?

On the Emergency it doesn't actually initiate a responce for search and rescue. What it does is it actually sends out a signal that rescue personnel can recieve on the 121.5 mhz frequency to find you. It's a beautiful timpiece! Wouldn't mind adding one to the collection just for it's uniqueness :cool:
