Bummer....you may want to try re-installing sometime again. You never know, maybe this install was corrupted...or maybe an add-on caused it.

Cool....are you using flint rock or sticks? :p

I googled *kicks spleen* installing google chrome and getting bsod. Lots of people have that issue. I'm running vista so it may be something with that.

*OUCH!*

I'll have to try Chrome on my Vista laptop. I have XP here on my desktop.

I have Chrome installed on my Vista laptop. I don't really use it much (I still prefer Firefox, but I'm starting to think about changing), but I haven't seen my laptop BSOD the few times I have used Chrome.

My name is Lonnie, but I answer to Thomas too.

:lol: Oh that is "Let Me Google That For You" or lmgtfy.com. ;)

Well....*cracks knuclkes*....it's been fun. I had planned to do some computer stuff earlier, but turned out I much rather be here having some fun. :) Now it's time for me to mosey on out the door and head to bed. Me and the boys are roughin' it again tonight....wife is out of town for meetings again until tomorrow....so I have an early morning to get the boys ready before heading out to work. Until next time....and I'll be sure to bring back this spleen-guard Jon gave me. Ha!

Nighters.

It was good to see you, Bobby. Next time stick around longer so we can better abuse you, we seem to be a tad rusty, lol.

that's what mine is.

I just know that I haven't has bsod. I downloaded Chrome. Got it. restarted, used crap cleaner and registry cleaner, opened chrome. Went to potn, clicked on the thread, clicked on user cp, got bsod again.

Used CC to uninstall chrome and have been running ever since with no prob.

If you google it, there does seem to be some problems with that. On the other hand, I only mentioned my operating system as a courtesy, not as a reason for the problem. (because people always ask. lol)

Anyway, for one reason or another it doesn't work for me. Which just bugs the heck out of me since it is much faster than ff.

Suckage, Lisa. I wonder if it was one of the extensions that caused the issue? Whatever the reason, so frustrating when things don't work the way you want.

I have a book to read :) have a good night!

Sorry. Did I forget to mention that it's environmentally friendly and decomposes within 24 hr? You're on your own tomorrow . . .

it may be. The first time it went bsod was when I was trying to use that exif viewer. But Chris has it so I don't know what that would be. Anyway, I'm not losing sleep over it. It was just frustrating to have to clean it out the system etc. when I was wishing it would work.

Enjoy your book. She not by any chance dealing with pirates is she? (checking for series parallels again):lol:
