LoL I wish, I do need the sleep so if I don't take it at night it creeps up on me during the day. The other morning I left the house at 05:00 hrs and had to drive 200 miles to a meeting, I ended up going into the services at 07:00 for a 30 min powernap in the car after my eyes began failing to keep up with my head when I moved it.

Been having a bit of trouble sleeping of late so went to the chemist to get some over the counter sleep aids. Bought a product called "Nytol One-A-Night" (external link).

Their POS advertising states that it will help me get a good nights sleep.

however their warning on the box states "May cause drowsiness, if affected do not drive or operate machinery"

Lol, do you double up being their dosage likely does not cover giants? What is in it? Most over the counter sleeping stuff is Benydril (Diphenhydramine). I think they approve you either double or triple the dosage in the UK that they allow us as a sleeping aid.

If I think I'm going to have trouble sleeping, I just take three (3) Tylenol PM or Excedrin PM. They work just fine, and I never have a problem operating a bulldozer.

Lol

I always take half the dosage as those things keep me awake at the regular dose, half a dose knocks me right out!

Me too, I am a cheap date

Grrrr, on the phone with insurance and pharmacies this morning. I feel I have been scammed:confused: I get a call, like I do every month, from a specialty company that ships my meds. Most pharmacies don't carry them. Well they say "we are calling to set up your next shipment" They did not say "we are not Walgreen's Specialty(my normal pharmacy) we are Icor a different place that also sells your meds". They ask the same questions as always "can we verify your address? Need any supplies like alcohol swabs or sharps containers?" I think my order is set like every month. I get a call back saying "your insurance is holding up the order, we need authorization from your doctor" I explain I just did all that a month ago when I renewed the script. They say there is nothing they can do it is a standard thing every once in awhile. My meds are held up a week, I get them and they have sent a three month supply which I don't want for several reasons, and included some Chinese made crappy alcohol swabs instead of the normal ones.

These bastards managed to get my script switched to them and stuck me with three months:mad: My insurance couldn't give a damn as they will pay whoever has the script. The first person at Walgreen's said there was nothing she could do and told me to call my insurance.

I finally got a supervisor at insurance to hear me out and agree I can fill the script through any pharmacy on their list, called and got a supervisor at Walgreen's who was very good and swears she is following up. I need to get that straight then call this Icore scam company in Florida and tell them I don't want their business.

I had remembered that they tried this like a year ago but I had caught them just before giving them a credit card number for a copay. I had bitched the person out when they slipped up and something made me realize it was not my normal pharmacy.

What is frustrating is figuring out who to complain to? They are in a different state as well. Fair Trade Commission? Consumer Affairs somewhere? Who do you **** to?

Gaaa, I hate dealing with this.

Sounds like an awful lot of crap to deal with, Zane. I hope it all works out good for you. I hate playing those kinda games, they are never fun and it seems you can never really win.

The ones I take have 50mg Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride plus Anhydrous Lactose, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Maize Starch, Stearic Acid and Silicon Dioxide.

Now don't that sound like fun
