JIM thanks for the canoe project. Very impressive. I'm jealous of all the clamps you have.

Thanks. I have bought a few more clamps recently. Fortunately, they seem to be a thing that goes on sale often. :)

You have put them to good use. I enjoyed seeing how you used them to work the various angles.

Dano and anyone interested. Boat going over the Tsunami out at sea. No tragedy or wreckage, thankfully, just an interesting perspective. http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=35d_1300516340 (external link)

Not a big deal when it's out in the middle of the ocean, is it?

Hi everyone!

Having some free time today - and as it is raining outside, I've tried to "rework" some old favorites... (now that I have LR, I'd better learn how to use it properly ;-)a) Let me know which one you prefer...

#1 on the hippos. The deeper colors for the sunset/rise is very appealing.

#1 on the door also. The other two draw me right to the center to court where number one makes me look at all the detail in the door and arches.

#2 brings out more detail on the carving, you might want to use the cloning brush on the court area to tone it down so as not to draw the eye so much. Then I think I would prefer it over #1.

How did it get to be 9:00 already? I have to get my self out of here to Allen Street so I can spend the afternoon at home and tend to a slow roasting pork arm on the grill. :D
