Well my first spring shots...

Im not very happy.. i think its the shadows..

What do you guys suggest for improving this? Thanks.

Maybe just a reflector?

My suggestion would be to have a better, cleaner background for your first two shots. I think the third one you posted is actually quite beautiful!

Here would be my opinion, on the first picture, use a smaller f-stop to get better depth of field on the flowers. On the second photo, change the angle of the shot to get away from the white flowers in the background. In the third image, the composition and focus is great but, the exposure is too dark.
