2002 RSX: Light Painting Practice

Here's what I'm working on from last night. There is no editing yet, which is why it's so dark and there are some rough spots. This is just with the images merged together straight from the camera and partially blended for shadowing. I'm trying to give it natural highlights and shadows so that it looks like an actual photo and not "CG-like". I think so far it's already head and shoulders above the last pic. I'll post the final once I'm done working on it.

that's a streak left by the LED light bar that i haven't removed yet.

it does kinda look like that. i used the light bar because it generates a nice, flat beam that seems to work well for light panting.

here's what i've worked up so far. might make a few changes to it here and there, but overall i like it and feel like i'm getting a much better grasp on the light painting process. hoping to try some more out this weekend!
