Got a few new fish this week. These were shot with a 50mm 1.4 and 20mm extension tube.

The mandarins are fun to watch. They unfortunately they don't take to frozen food well but given enough live rock there should be plenty small inverts for it to eat. I've also had a tailspot blenny in the past, lots of personality in those little guys. Always likes to be perched up watching whats going on outside the tank.

The mandarin seems to be doing fine. There is a ton of live rock in there.

Yeah, looks like you'd have enough of a pod population. I restock the sump every once in awhile to be safe with ours.

I love these shots. Ever since I was little I wanted a marine aquarium, but was kind of iffy because of the maintenance required.

I remember seeing the green mandarin in a shop once without a name, and referred to it as the "party fish." So glad I know what it's called now!
