Hi, I have a Think Tank Retrospective 30 and I love it! Use it every day. It's made carrying a big DSLR enjoyable again. This bag holds a ton of stuff, if necessary. And I like that it looks good and carries well, whether it's full or mostly empty. Anyway I posted my full review on Flickr if you're interested.

My husband and I have the Lowepro Pro Trekker.

It comes in 3 different sizes.
Out of all the camera bags I have used, this one I really like. It's big, but it is comfortable. I have 1 camera body and 5 lenses (biggest lens 50-500), plus accessories. It carries a bladder for water, a spot for laptop and a top section for extra stuff, which can come off to use as waist pack. It has a way to adjust the shoulder straps to either have the bag sit higher or lower on your back. Also has the chest and waist straps. Also carries tripod and two side spots for monopod or hiking poles.

I own the Retrospective 30 also and can't recommend it enough. CactusJuice has a valid gripe re: the height of the external zipper, but it,s not an issue for me as I use that pocket for an iPad, which fits perfectly there. Build is outstanding and it's devoid of labels or garish styling flourishes, which I abhor on camera bags. It's just a straight up messenger bag on the outside and a full-featured camera bag on the inside.

$100.00 gets you the fantastic Tenba Large Messenger bag. Your choice of color. What it has over the Think Tank is that lenses can be pulled and put back without getting snagged. It has to do with Tenba's sturdy lens insert versus the collapsible Think Tank inserts in the Retrospective series.
