I have a 5dmkII and would like to put some video on the iphone. What is the preferred method to do this?

I haven't tried to just putting the files (.mov) on the iphone because they are massive and overkill on the little iphone.

So I need to resize the files and convert to a format that plays on the iphone....

Ideas?

Also I have some tutorials from utube in .flv that would be nice to watch on the iphone if I knew how to go about converting them...

thanks

I tried to download it (HandBrake 0.9.5 (external link))but my antivirus (macafee) poped up and said it contained spyware, malware, or other unwanted programs...

hmmm i use it for the mac. that might make a big difference. But.. seems legit and widespread enough of a program for it not to do that

iTune has a feature feature to convert video files to ipod/iphone/ipad version. then, you just sync the file to your device.

what jetswing said, otherwise I think MPEG Streamclip or Avidemux will have the iphone format. Quicktime might as well.

I think we can assume that the OP isn't running OSX.

It doesn't if you're downloading from handbrake.fr. There's nothing but goodness from Handbrake.

"Raw" is not an acronym, abbreviation, nor a proper noun; thus, it should not be in capital letters.
