I went to San Francisco the other day to eat at a restaurant with my wife (a friend gave us a gift certificate to the place) and I happened to be carrying my S45 (yes... I know it is old).

Anyways, the view outside the restaurant was very nice. 4 Shots stitched together. (From San Francisco looking towards Oakland [East])

This is a pretty common shot, but I thought I would share anyways...

EDIT: The vignette was there naturally, I did not add it. I guess I could remove it, but I don't mind it.

Nice, you did a excellent job stitching it together. Hand held?

Thanks! Yes, it was hand held. I had a lot of overlap tho, the middle two photos were hardly used (just some minor areas), most of the photo are the first and last photo in the stitch sequence.

Nice, I like it, it is a great perspective. Pretty amazing for hand held.

What stitching program did you use? I have used Hugin, but I have not tried the Canon Photo Stitch yet. And you are most welcome, the photo looks really good.

I have not tried Hugin so I can't really give a good comparison (maybe I'll look that program up). I have used Canon Photo Stitch in the past. However, since I got Photoshop, most my stitching, including this one, is done in Photoshop. This was CS5.
