When they go back into the system for sale, they can not sell the test as new. So they get classified as refreb. Traveling is my passion, so I am a major Frequent Flyer.

So canon still want to sell them, instead of having a bunch of them sitting around. So anything that re-enter the supply chain is a refreb. New, demo or repaired, canon fixed or clean them up, white box them and off they go to a customer wanting to save some money. Traveling is my passion, so I am a major Frequent Flyer.

I suppose if you live in one of those special states with no sales tax, it might be a great buy. Taylor
