has anyone ever tried this RPG Key gadget (external link) for lightroom? Is it really worth $680 bucks, are there other ways to speed up work flow that dont cost your first born child.

I would love to hear peoples though on this.

Well, it's certainly an interesting toolkit -- for what the demo shows it could save time for certain types of photography, both in the shortcuts for common tasks and the work they've put into presets. 'Course the big question is to whether for the type of photography you do it will do enough for your workflow to be worth the cost, and only you can answer that. For what I do I don't do enough with presets, and it's pretty quick for me to cruise through most of my work on a photo/batch of photos. When photos need special touches, well, you gotta do what you gotta do and I don't think that toolset would really add value proportionate to the cost.

Here's a free utility that might help. I have not tried it at all, just did a little searching to figure out what RPGKeys was.

I got all excited, but then read "LR 3.2 only, Windows only" :(
