photo shoot agreement form

I need a photo shoot agreement form, does anyone know where I can download one that I can edit with my info? I know an attorney is the best bet but I'm in kind of a time crunch at this point. Any help would be really appreciated.

There are so many variables to consider that I think it would be difficult to find a generic one where you fill in the blanks. If nothing else, type one up and describe exactly what you are delivering and exactly what the client is giving you in return and the time frame in which you both will do it in. You may also want to include a liability paragraph in there stating that you can't be held liable for any amount greater than the total cost of services provided.....or whatever works best for your situation.

While this won't help you in your current situaiton, Amazon offers Photographers Legal Forms. I don't have any personal experience with it but from what I understand all the forms are editable to your own needs.
