Need extremely rough critic

Underexposed, lack of contrast, doesn't have any pop to it. Not sure that I like the tilt.

I'd remove some of the sticks on the ground, one in front of her, and two in the top right of the image.

The crop is uncomfortable; take care with legs/joints; crop above the knee here.

There is a long thread in the flickr forum about a college, I think it was, that stole a lot of photos from flickr and used them in their site. I assume the folks who say no one will be interested in stealing this photo have a specific reason(s) for saying that, and I think it would be educational to hear. Is it all of the "flaws" that people have pointed out? Or is it just that it's basically a portrait with no commercial appeal? Something else?

The latter is mostly due to the former...but to answer your question; all of the above.
